We took part in the International F&B Gourmet Market at K Village, showcasing our handcrafted chocolates and confections among Bangkok’s finest gourmet producers. A vibrant weekend filled with tastings, new connections, and shared passion for artisanal food.

 

Masterclass at École Lenôtre Bangkok – with DLA & Jagota

Alongside two talented chefs, I led a special masterclass at École Lenôtre using premium DLA ingredients, distributed by Jagota. A day of sharing techniques, creativity, and chocolate know-how with professionals and students in an inspiring culinary environment.

Clement Niel Chocolate Collaboration – Morning Detox

We teamed up with Morning Detox for a flavorful collaboration, combining our handcrafted chocolates with cheese and healthy dishes. Visitors enjoyed tastings and live demonstrations of the Detox machines in action.

 

Clement Niel Chocolate Pop-Up – Central Rama 9

We joined Central Rama 9 for a week-long chocolate pop-up, featuring our signature slabs, cookies, and bonbons. Visitors enjoyed free tastings and a special Stitch-making demonstration with a cotton candy artist.

 

Private Gummy Workshop – Clement Niel Chocolatier

We hosted a private workshop at our atelier, where guests learned how to craft custom gummies from scratch. A hands-on and educational experience, tailored to individual needs, blending precision, creativity, and flavor.

 

IURI x Clement Niel – Handbag Brand Launch Event

To celebrate the launch of the handbag brand IURI, we crafted a life-size chocolate version of their iconic bag, displayed in our boutique window. Over 200 handcrafted bonbons were shared with influencers and guests during this creative and flavorful event.

 

Clement Niel Chocolatier Pop-Up – EmSphere Bangkok

We joined EmSphere for an exclusive chocolate pop-up, showcasing our handcrafted slabs, cookies, and bonbons. Guests experienced tastings, and received limited-edition creations crafted just for the occasion.
