CLEMENT NIEL
Originally from Lyon, France, I started working in pastry at the age of 15 as an apprentice to obtain my certificate, a CAP Pastry Maker, followed by a CAP Chocolatier, and finally a BTM Chocolatier, where I learned a lot of practical skills and chocolate technology techniques.
In 2018, I decided to participate in the French Cup of Young Chocolatiers, where I received the prize for the best buffet under 20 years old.
In 2019, I experienced traveling to the United States, in San Francisco, California, where I worked and practiced English for almost two months.
Then, in October 2019, I joined the chocolate team of "Jean Philippe" on a cruise ship, the MSC Grandiosa, for five months before being sent back home due to Covid-19.
Now based in Bangkok, I continue collaborating with different brands around the world and sharing my knowledge about chocolate.
