About
Originally from Lyon, France, I started working in pastry at the age of 15 as an apprentice to obtain my certificates, CAP in pastry making, followed by CAP in chocolate making, and finally completed a BTM chocolatier. During this time, I gained extensive practical experience and mastered various chocolate techniques.
In 2018, I decided to participate in the French Cup of Young Chocolatiers, where I won the prize for the best buffet for contestants under 20 years old.
In 2019, I traveled to the United States, specifically to San Francisco, California, to work and practice English for almost 2 months.
Then in October 2019, I joined the chocolate team "Jean Philippe Maury" on the cruise ship "MSC Grandiosa" for 5 months before being sent back home due to Covid-19.
In October 2020, I traveled to Dubai where I partnered with a chocolate company, "Noir," and created e-book trainings to share with you my knowledge in the chocolate field.
2 years later, I returned to California to develop the brand Clement Niel Chocolatier by participating in events such as the "Cannabis Wedding Expo" and also started a YouTube channel to share my adventures and passion for cannabis.
After traveling around the world and collaborating with different brands to blend chocolate and cannabis, I have chosen Bangkok, Thailand, to establish my first chocolate shop.
