Domestic Shipping (Thailand)

  • Standard Shipping: Typically 3-5 business days (excluding weekends)
  • Pick up Location: Typically 1-3 business days (excluding weekends)

3. Processing Time:

  • Orders are processed within 2 business days from monday to friday. Please note that processing time may vary during peak seasons or promotional periods.

4. Tracking Your Order:

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment via SCG Express for Cold Shipping and Thailand Post for Standard Shipping

5. Delivery Issues:

  • If you encounter any issues with delivery or need to make changes to your order, please contact our customer service team on our LINE official @clementniel.th or by email at clement.nielfr@gmail.com as soon as possible.

6. Special Notice for Chocolate and Cold-Shipping Products:

For products that require cold shipping (such as chocolate), if you choose Standard Shipping, we are not responsible for any issues related to melting or damage that may occur during transit. We cannot offer refunds or replacements if such products arrive in poor condition due to the use of Standard Shipping. To ensure the best condition of your cold-sensitive items, please select Cold Shipping.

7. Pick Up Point Option:

You can choose to pick up your order from our designated Pick Up Location 54/27 Soi Sukhumvit 26, Khwaeng Khlong Tan, Khet Khlong Toei, Krung Thep Maha Nakhon 10110.

Orders will typically be available for pickup within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends). Please contact us on our LINE official @clementniel.th to pick up your order.

 

International Shipping

  • We ship to most countries around the world (excluding chocolate products).

2. Shipping Methods and Costs:

  • Standard International Shipping: Available worldwide. Prices depend on the size, weight, and delivery zone of your order

3. Delivery Time:

  • Standard International Shipping: Regular shipping take 14 to 25 business days, depending on the destination (excluding chocolate products).

4. Processing Time:

  • Orders are processed within 2 business days. International shipping times may vary based on customs processing and local delivery conditions.

5. Customs and Duties:

  • Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by the destination country. These additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping cost.

6. Tracking Your Order:

  • You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. You can track your shipment via Thailand Post.
