📅 Time: Starts at 1PM (custom times available upon request)

👨🍳 What You’ll Do:

  • Learn the basics of chocolate tempering
  • Learn how to make a salted caramel or praliné filling 
  • Mold and garnish 4 chocolate bars (approx. 50g each)
  • Add toppings on each bar
  • Create your own chocolate bonbons with premium ingredients
  • Package everything beautifully and take it home
  • Receive free eBooks “The Chocolatier Pack” (value: 1000 THB)
